During the day, savor a delicious lunch featuring popular Omani dishes served in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that mirrors the simplicity and charm of Omani life.
As evening falls, the magic begins around the campfire. Fresh mashakeek (Omani skewers) are grilled over hot coals, Omani tea is brewed slowly over the embers, and traditional Omani coffee infused with cardamom and saffron-is served with its signature aroma.
All of this unfolds under the open sky, in a cozy gathering beneath the stars, surrounded by the peaceful Mountain and the gentle night breeze

Omani Shuwa

Slowly cooked meat (usually lamb or goat) marinated with spices, wrapped with mountain tree’s leaves, and cooked in an underground pit for 24 hours. It’s often served with rice .
