Here are some traditional Omani dishes you might enjoy for lunch:

  1. Omani Shuwa (book one day before): Slowly cooked meat (usually lamb or goat) marinated with spices, wrapped with mountain tree’s leaves, and cooked in an underground pit for 24 hours. It's often served with rice .
  2. Machboos (Kabsa): A mixed rice dish with meat (chicken, lamb, or fish), spices, and vegetables It's similar to biryani and is a staple in Omani cuisine.
  3. Harees (book one day before): A wheatbased dish mixed with meat (usually chicken or lamb) and seasoned with spices. It's    hearty and perfect for lunch.
  4. Omani Bread: Various types of bread,
